Researchers from Princeton, Rutgers and Yale produced a curriculum that harnesses the power of “student influencers” to reduce conflicts between students, and thereby fosters a student culture that frowns upon bullying behavior. Based upon a ground-breaking, large-scale field experiment in New Jersey public schools, this open-source curriculum is designed for the middle school level and contains step-by-step guidance for implementation.
