Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

On June 11, 2013, The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special education and Rehabilitation Services recently released its model parental notification under the Individuals with Disabilities Act pursuant to regulations promulgated in February, 2013.
